Positive: The hotel is beautiful, the views are stunning. Breakfast is good, the bed is excellent. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

Negative: The room is a bit too small for the price. But the big letdown were the sauna and the gym: they were closed for 2 of the 3 days we were there. I complained and the manager took off some of our food expenses, which I appreciate. But it was not enough to compensate for the frustration of not having the sauna and the gym, that they advertised as an important differential of the hotel, and were the main reason why I chose this particular hotel. This type of thing must be informed in advance to the guests.

Summary: Great hotel, but sauna and gym were not available.
