Large cottage located in the south of the Lot called Bas Quercy . Land of Cahors wine and truffle. You will find us between the bastides of Puy- the Bishop and Tournon d'Agenais. If you like calm and tranquility, you will be satisfied . Within a radius of 40 km, you can discover many other bastides: Montcuq , Penne d'Agenais , Pujols , Monflanquin , Monpazier , not to mention the old town of Cahors . At 10 km, the river Le Lot for fishing or discovering the river and its banks by boat. At 15 km, the castle of Bonaguil . At 40 km , Agen and its amusement park Walibi . At less than 100 km , Sarlat , Rocamadour , Padirac , Saint Cirq-Lapopie . Gramat and its animal park. Old farmhouse restored, isolated and quiet, surrounded by fields and woods, enjoying a wooded and flowered, a private swimming pool, fenced, heated with solar panels. Large stone courtyard and exposed structure with summer kitchen. (barbecue/fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, covered storage unit, large table and sink) Outside toilet near the courtyard. House of 180 m2 with bolet giving access to a living room/kitchenette (refrigerant with compartiement freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine,...) all in stone and exposed beams, living room with TV (Wifi access, board games, everything necessary baby). A shower room and a bathroom, 2 separate toilets. 4 bedrooms: 2 with 2 beds in 90 each and 2 with 1 bed in 140 each (umbrella bed available and possibility to add an 80 extra bed for children). Wood pellet stove heating . Not accessible to the disabled.
