Welcome to this very centrally located house just minutes away from FLL airport, the Beach, Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, i95, 595 & FL Turnpike which all take you anywhere else! The backyard is your private tropical Florida Keys getaway with palms 7 trees surrounding you and your very own backyard bar to hangout in! BBQ, corn-hole and just plain hangout & relax. Complete with lights to keep your good time going when the sun goes down. Huge driveway with gates that close off the whole property!
The space
Your vacation home has a huge driveway that can fit up to 3-4 cars with gates that can close and keep you and your guests very private. Great for kids and pets should you have some as the gates will keep them from running into the streets. Home has 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms which include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a day-bed which has 2 twin mattresses available should you need it.
Will provide completely sanitized clean sheets and towels along with soap and other basic amenities including dishes, utensils, pots & pans and paper towels. You also have an indoor washer and dryer at your disposal in it's own laundry room.
Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed, fees will be applied for violation of house rules! Smoking violation is $250. Please be also mindful of our neighbors as well as city rules by keeping the sound/music low after 10pm. Any complaints reported by the neighbors will be followed by an extra fee or an immediate expulsion of you and your guests without refund. Plus, you have an amazing back and front yard to hang out with so why would you even consider smoking inside?! :)

Friendly pets are welcome with a $275 deposit that will be returned upon inspection of any potential pet damages. As always, please clean up after your pet.
