5 Bedroom House in Harkers Island
New construction with estimated completion of February 2021. Master bedroom on main floor with private bath. 1/2 Bath on main floor as well along with laundry room, foyer, kitchen, dining room and living room. Open floor plan makes it possible for all guest to eat, watch TV and/or hang out on the back deck together. This was very important to us when designing house because we always took vacations as a big group and sleeping was fine but could never watch TV or eat together as a group due to lack of seating. Upstairs is another master bedroom with walk in closet and private bath. Master bedroom has access to upper deck to enjoy views anytime of the day or night. Two other bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath. One has access to top deck and the other has beautiful views of sound as well as other side of the island. Lastly let the kids enjoy two bunk beds set aside in there own private nook with another great view of neighborhood and other side of the island.
