Positive: The pool and privacy were brilliant as we're the facilities. The villa is as described and brand new!! It's well sound proofed. Very secure with electric shutters which we used when out being the last dwelling on the road. The pool area was perfect and pool was the perfect temperature. Kitchen had more than enough utensils, could cater for 10 people!! Air con in every room and was great!! Owners had provuded 4 large bottles of water, 4 beers, 6 eggs, ham, cheese, juice, butter and milk in the fridge plus bread, jam, coffee, coffee pods for the machine litters everything you might need as a couple we were there 5 nights and only bought more beers, water and some tsatziki as enough food provided. Beds were massive an super comfy!! Shower rooms big and modern. Loads of towels plus pool towels. All in all, a stunning villa. Great Wifi. Electric goes of when you take key with you so remember if you set dishwasher or washing machine going before you pop out!! There are a few good taverns within walking distance and 2 close super markets. It's a lot of up and down walking into Pefkos so a car would be good but we found it ok but we do walk a lot!! Could get a bit much for the less fit especially on high season weather!!🥵🥵. Main bus station for Pefkos is really near about 800m where you can catch busses to most places. It's a bit of a maze of small streets leading to the villa and taxi driver couldnt find it on our arrival as the villa is so new!! We got taxis back to the Pefkos Village resort and then walked the last few hundred yards. The road is right next to the sea and is virtually your own private lane to the villa. The taxi can get right to the villa if needed but you will have to open the gate back so they can turn round as only a single track road to the villa. Just to mention Adriana who met us and was invaluable in getting the taxi driver to the villa!! Great communication from the start!! Thanks for reading!!!🤣🤣

Negative: A few minor points we had to mention, the sun longer arm rests get super hot metal and you need to be careful when moving during the day, same goes for the floor area outside so pack your pool sandals!! No toilet seat in downstairs wc/utility?? There is a massive complex under construction around the villa hence its price. But this is not too bad but the dust did accumulate everywhere after a few days. The villa has high walls so really private and you cant hear any noise in the villa that said its probably going to be about 6 to 12 months before the complex is complete so I would get in now as when the complex is done this will be a real gem of a villa. Also only outside shade were 2 canter-leaver umbrellas bolted to the floor. You could move them a little but would benefit more umbrellas around pool area or a lean-to gazebo between the olive trees. No pool net for fishing out leaves etc in the pool but the pool is tended every 2 days. I also thought it faced the sunset but it faces the other way for the sunrise so my fault on the research. sorry its a long review but the villa is new somewhat hard to find but it is a gem and the owners are going all out to compensate for the construction round it. Enjoy folks we did!!!!
