Always very clean interesting place -lots of old-world character.
Same location as the elite properties but at a price you can easily afford for that holiday break. Located only minutes from sandy beaches, Sea World Casino, many great shopping centers like Pacific Fair Movie World wet and Wild Australia Fair
Leafy quiet location, next to Surfers Paradise - central to everything. - Fully fenced (brick)high wall courtyard secure for dog. It is small and not grassed but they are welcome inside + Tons of doggie tracks and parks around close by--
Stove , microwave - confection oven -- lots of take always eating out at the dozens of local food outlets all close by. -Pet CAN come inside and swim in pool - not suitable for children due to pool- or Party's or others.

There are several items of cutlery etc but pls note it is not decked out for someone wanting to do a lot of cooking micro confection oven —What’s there your welcome to use of course but its more for the takeaway eat out guests- Mind you we had folk stay 4 months happily—
We have kept the price down to give everyone a chance—We just ask your fair and do not expect the fancy soaps and extras left by hosts that charge 6 times as much. bring your own essentials and personal items—
I can see I'm going to have to address negative feedback- how embarrassing as VRBO **have failed to do their job--** - The 2 reviews below VRBO were aware of both these guests-- Although the reviews are * untrue and defamatory, they have not removed them -despite promising to do so over the phone when they were called to ask their advice!
