Start the day with fresh coffee and pristine water views on the covered deck, outfitted with two Adirondack chairs. Inside, unwind into vacation mode in the chic living area. At night, settle in to stream the latest cinematic release on the smart TV. Let your culinary skills shine in the fully stocked kitchen, featuring quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, enjoy your delicious creations at the island bar. Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a Keurig coffee maker. Sleep soundly in a queen bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
