Our family filmed an episode for "Mexico Life" in 2016 and it has been featured several times throughout the year. Our very large 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is located on a gorgeous lagoon of Puerto Aventuras and only steps away from the beach. The windows in the master bedroom and living room span from floor to ceiling with a breathtaking view. The condo sleeps 7 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and twin beds in the 3rd. There is an additional full size inflatable bed. You will enjoy a newly designed kitchen that was finished Sept. 2016. A fullsize washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony to start off your morning overlooking the lagoon, or a glass of wine during the sunsets. If you're not at the beach (only 250 feet away), you can cool off in the pool that is located right off the balcony. Take a Kayak for a cruise on the lagoon or just hang out on the inner tube. Great snorkeling is just 10 steps away and you'll see tons of colorful fish. A golf cart is available to cruise around the community. Beginning with new rental contracts after 11/1/23 a golf cart will be available for rent. You don't have to rent the cart or you can. The rental amount per day will be 25usd which is below the standard 50usd per day you will pay in Puerto. There is so much to do like swimming with the dolphins, golfing, tennis, spa, shopping, fishing, parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and so much more. There are dozens of delicious restaurants to choose from. You can listen to live music every night. Our condominium in Puerto Aventuras is a great way to wind down and relax.
Also, you will have access to the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club and Resort. (Typical day pass is 250pesos (13usd) per day, 750pesos(36usd) for the week, or 2000pesos(105usd) for the month. This would be per person. Let me know if you would like to get on the list as I have to send your names to the Colonos office which is near the beach club. As of now, kids under 10 are free or heavily discounted. You would go to the Colonos office which just west of the beach club to get registered and pay for the time at the beach club. Also, you can rent a palapa for 1000pesos per day for up to 4 persons and a good chunk of the 1000pesos goes toward food and drink. It's Mexico and I can't guarantee that they won't change the rules at the beach club but this is the latest info I have. Guest Pass includes beach access, swimming pools, swim up bar, and loungers. Condo Laguna is a wonderful and affordable rental opportunity for your short or long term stay.
