The home is newly renovated with all new modern furnishings, bedding, and linens. Outdoor space with heated pool. Work station and space for virtual learning or working! Comfy outdoor furniture including loungers by the pool. We provide bedding and towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Bedroom 1 - KING SIZE BED, dresser and and access to a full shared bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - QUEEN SIZE BED, dresser and TV. This room is connected to master bedroom. The only entrance is from the master bedroom. .
Bedroom 3 - QUEEN SIZE BED, dresser, closet and TV.
Bedroom 4 - QUEEN SIZE BED, dresser, closet and TV.
Bedroom 5 - KING SIZE BED, dresser, closet, TV and access to a full private bathroom.
Bedroom 6 - KING SIZE BED, dresser, TV and access to a full private bathroom.
** Additional full bath located between bedrooms 3 and 4.
** Half bath located in hallway near bedrooms 5 and 6.
All bedrooms have a 40" Roku (smart TV) to watch all streaming channels (Hulu, Netflix, etc.) No cable.

Kitchen-Completely renovated with all new appliances, gorgeous countertops, and ample cabinetry. Fully stocked with all the dishware, cookware, pots, and pans you would need to prepare the perfect meal. Also stocked with coffee, creamer, and spices.
Dining-dining area seats 10 guests at a large dining table.
Outdoor area- Outdoor furniture along with pool-side loungers. Propane grill and fire table available for your use. Plenty of green space.
Laundry-Washer and Dryer are available for your use. Laundry room located We supply detergent.
The driveway can hold up to 4 cars. Please do not park on the grass!

*Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
*Trash bins located outside the back gate in alleyway.
*$750 fine for smoking inside the home.
$100/hour late checkout fee for each hour after the 11am checkout time. Late checkouts must be approved by management at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability
** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**
