Welcome to The Templet House, in Hendersonville, TN, a glamorous home, close to BNA airport and downtown Nashville.
With the Idyllic countryside as it’s backdrop, The Templet House offers serenity & acres of privacy for large groups of family, friends or coworkers. Sparing no expense or amenity, The Templet House is able to comfortable accommodate 18 overnight guests. A salt water pool, lawn games, 2 sets of corn hole boards, water volley ball net for pool, lawn volleyball, basketball net, foosball, air hockey and plenty of other fun stuff, you will not be disappointed. Kids and teenagers will have plenty to do outside of electronics!! Family time and memories!
We have gone more minimalist with decor due to all the covid cleaning requirements! We are doing our best to keep everyone safe by doing our part!

- This space is great for entertaining for a variety of events: reunions, woman’s retreats, corporate outings, business meetings, leadership retreats and small weddings (50 or less guests for day of event). These events must be approved and price will be different.
- MAX overnight guests is now18 total, not counting kids under 2.
- Pool is NOT heated. Pool season is from May to October 15th, weather permitting

There's always someone that ruins it for the rest of us unfortunately. We had an unfortunate event recently that lead to a lot of destruction. There is a mother in law apartment that the owner(s) live in and you may see them go in and out. They’re there a handful of times and will not disturb you. If you have any questions you just call property management.
If you want to party, destroy a house, stand on couches, spit gum on hardwood floors or party in the fields leaving a trail of garbage - WE do not want you at our property. If you Invite others that will party and destroy our property - DO NOT RENT from us.
All adults will be required to show ID upon check in and person renting house through VRBO will be required to sign rental agreement prior to arrival for short term rental BEFORE access is given.
This property is a $2+ million dollar home/land....it is to be treated as such. We want guests to continue to enjoy it as we have so be respectful of our property.
