Summary: We are not far from Chicago, but we wanted to stay near for a 3 day event in the area. Our code did not work at check-in but the property manager was very quick to respond so that we could get inside. We did not have any issues with the property; the location was central to where we needed to go and eat, the property was clean and it was quiet around the unit. We did have 4 children under 10 with us and were told the day of check-in that there was an older man that lived below and not to run down the hallways. While I totally understand that, it was very hard to tell children to be quiet and it made me paranoid that we were being too loud (mind you we really only slept there, we were gone during the days) In the future, it would've been helpful to know this information and know what floor the unit was on just since we had kids with us. I had to continually shush them and in my future rentals, I'll definitely make note of questions to ask beforehand.
