Welcome to paradise, 2 calm and private houses with pool on a certified Kona Coffee Farm.
This is a private 2 house rental with a property caretaker living in a separate unit, If any problems arise we are here 24/7 to help, make recommendations, give directions etc, but we keep a low profile and do not use any amenities when guests are in residence. The privacy of our guests is our primary concern.
The 1st beautiful home features brand new appliances and furniture, with recent remodel done in mid 2022.
All rooms and living room in the house get panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean through the lanai.
The first bedroom features one king size bed and desk. It has a private bathroom right outside the door with a tub, smart toilet, and sink. There are fresh linens, pillows, and a television in each room. Essential bathroom toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
The second bedroom features two queen sized beds, equipped with a desk, and chair in the room. When you awake you can see 30 miles of the Kona coastline and ocean from your bed - often along with 55 mile visibility to the horizon. It has an attached private master bath with a shower, double sink and Kohler smart toilet.
The enormous gourmet Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Room has every amenity a chef could want. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a stove, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. There is a breakfast bar as well as a dining table that seats 8 people comfortably. Living room has 3 sofas, easy to take 1 adult each.
we can provide up to 3 air mattresses with bedding. Provided for free for reservations over 5 guests .
As for the second home:
The first bedroom includes two queen sized beds. There is also a desk and chair in the room as well. The second bedroom includes a king sized bed and a desk and chair. There is also a murphy queen sized bed that pulls down in the living room area.
There are fresh linens, pillows, and a television in each room. The walk-in closet provides ample space for any clothing or storage. Essential bathroom toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
The sliding doors located around the home allows for easy and direct access in and out of the home. Guests can enjoy a beautiful ocean view throughout the entire home as there is a wrap-around deck.
Please note that hot water and electricity are provided for the guests.
Although the listing shows a queen size Murphy bed in the living room, the bed will only be made and prepared for guest use for reservations over 4 guests. If you have 4 guests or less and need the 4th bed, please notify us before check in. This way, the guests will have a larger dining area.
Hot water and electricity are provided for the guests. The hot water is solar and high pressure. There is full size modern washer/dryer in unit provided free to the guests.
There is exclusive 24/7 access to both the pool and jacuzzi, dining table with a outdoor Barbecue.
There are also lounge chairs in the pool area for guests to enjoy. The bonus comes with a hot outdoor private shower for you to rinse off after taking a dip!
The sliding doors located around the home allows for easy and direct access to semi-enclosed lanai. The lanai contains a dining table as well as two other seating areas, perfect for various guests to enjoy.
We are located comfortably "up country" in the midst of the famous Kona Coffee belt. It is usually 5-8 degrees cooler up here with the gentle breeze that comes off the mountain day or night providing an ideal temperature. In addition, every room and living room have independent AC. The home is very serene and quiet. You can watch the sunset from the pool or the deck and relax, enjoying the sounds of nature.
We have an Optimum Business Internet connection here that delivers up to 600 mbps to the whole estate. The dedicated endpoint in the living room delivers 150-300 mpbs and offers an extremely reliable Wi-Fi as well as a wired connection. The Wi-Fi extends easily to all rooms as well as the deck and pool area.
We are looking forward to sharing the powerful energy of this mountain retreat balanced by the outstanding views of the Pacific Ocean. This is a place of rejuvenation, relaxation, power and growth and we look forward to sharing it with you.
For large groups, as included with paid extra guest fees we will provide with the following additional with corresponding bedding, linen, and towels
7 guests: additional 1 full size bed
8 guests: additional 1 queen air mattress
10 guests: additional 1 Twin air mattress
The additional farm dwelling shall only be used to provide shelter for persons involved in the agricultural or farm-related activity on the building site. Family members who are not engaged in agricultural or farm-related activities are allowed to reside in the farm dwelling.
***If you want to skip the long line at car rental. We also wanted to let you know that we have 2 brand new Tesla Model Y's (5/7 seaters) available for rent if you're looking for a stylish and comfortable vehicle to explore the island!
Free charging is available on the property. Fully charged vehicle can take you anywhere on the island round trip. Do not need to worry about gas price anymore!
Delivery to and from Kona International Airport is available for an additional fee.

Each home is a standalone home so you will have your own privacy as they are completely separate and distanced. Please message us if you have a large party and are looking to also book House #2!
Parking rule: A maximum of 3 cars are allowed for onsite parking.
Please note that there is pool maintenance every Wednesday and Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Food near or in the pool/jacuzzi is not allowed.
The barbecue is kept in the storage for safety and cleanliness, please request with us ahead of time if you want to use. It's provided free of charge.
Early check in and late check out is subject to availability.
Early check in: Either 1/4 of the daily rate per hour before 3pm, or half the daily rate up to 11 am.
Late Check Out: There is a fee of either 1/4 of the daily rate per hour or if it is up to 3pm, a fee of 1/2 of the daily rate will apply.
Also note that Kona has a quiet rule between the hours of 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. We ask that you please keep the noise level to a minimum during this time. A violation of this rule may result in a fine of up to $200.
Gatherings are sometimes permitted with an additional charge. Parties are not allowed. This is a strict drug-free home. Smoking and/or illegal substances are not permitted indoors under any circumstances. Smoking indoors will incur a charge of $500 cleaning fee.
We ask that you kindly put the AC and TV remotes back as well as leaving the garbage in the designated garbage bins. We also ask that you please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and leave it running .Food near or in the pool/jacuzzi is not allowed. Please do not eat food or drink beverages on beds.

There is also a $200.00 pet fee per month, regardless of the amount of days the guest stays. This only covers house trained pets urinating outdoors. Any urinating indoor or damage caused by pets will result in a charge of a minimum deep cleaning of $500.
Violation of these rules will incur an additional fee.
Onsite property caretaker will attend any needs that come up, other than that, you can have as much privacy as you want.
