This ideal family lodge sits on 16 acres of private property with the beautiful Soque River running through it. Here you will find lots of space both inside and outside for your next vacation.
The living room, located in the center of the home features vaulted ceilings, a rock face wood-burning fire place and a smart tv. The large kitchen boasts of lots of cabinet space, filled with all the dishes and cookware you will need for a feast. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven and microwave, dishwasher and double sinks. The kitchen table has room for four to sit comfortably. Above the kitchen is the loft with a catwalk that crossed the living room to a small balcony overlooking the woods and river. Please note that access to the loft is a ladder!
Off the center living space are the North and South wings. Each wing has a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two beds. A Jack-n-Jill bathroom separates each. The bedrooms feature smart tvs, too. On the North wing is a half bath, while on the South wing is a laundry closet with both washer and dryer for your convenience. French doors off the South wing lead to the open deck with patio furniture for dining and gathering. The French doors off the North Wing lead to the screened porch with another dining table and a gas grill.
The serenity of the woods and the river running through the property makes for a peaceful getaway and photo opportunities galore!
