Summary: The property was great with a few minor items. First the good news - you have the whole upstairs first floor with a fantastic covered front porch. The house is on the corner which great as it is very bright and gets good breezes. It is very large and comfortable with 3 bedroom and 3 baths -2 ensuite. There is also a nice backyard that we didn't use available. The neighborhood is very friendly, quiet, safe and family oriented. Items to note - not great walking to things neighborhood-frerett area is about 1 mile away and we walked there a few times. The apartment is borderline on kitchenware i.e plates <5> etc and pots and pans etc. But it is manageable and we left a few things that we bought to augment. There was a couple of minor issues with plumbing and the management addressed them promptly. All in all a great apartment and a great time in fun city -New Orleans.
