Positive: Beautiful well appointed house. Beautiful views. Secure property
Negative: -musty & mildew smell throughout the house but especially in the 1st floor bedroom to the extent that I couldn’t sleep in it without a fan in the room and air freshener next to my pillow. Horrible! The wireless only extends to the living room and kitchen. The half bathroom near the kitchen has sewer pipe issues and the sink gurgles and smells each time the toilet is flushed plus the toilet leaks from the bottom (reported to guest ready but ignored) The dryer has some kind of short in the door and keeps shutting off so doesn’t dry the clothes. No house instructions provided so questions that could have been answered easily went unanswered. The garbage pail was broken when we arrived and it took two days to convince guest ready with pictures and video to come and provide a replacement, then they just left the old broken one once the new one was delivered. All in all, we were thankful to leave the house mostly because of the moldy smell. I would never rent from them again.
