A gallery overlooking the lake and a bathroom with washer/dryer complete this simple and cozy decor!
The land is large enough to have all the privacy you want and there are 40 meters of banks along the lake, which in itself makes it a playground for everyone.
Access to the lake, a dock and a terraced space with a fire pit will allow you to take full advantage of it, in all seasons.
This lake is navigable, swimmable and extends over 5.4 kilometers.
