Summary: We only stay one night because the hotel didn’t offer the type of services we expected. No help with luggage when we arrived, no dining offered for lunch or dinner, no bar and extremely difficult to get lunch and dinner elsewhere, and needed to walk at least 15 minutes to get to the beach. We didn’t have a car. The manager was very nice in helping us find a room at Moby Dick part of the chain of hotels which was nearby and had everything we needed including being a beach front hotel. Which by the way was fabulous. It was evident that Castell Verde was not a good option for us. I recommended the manager of this hotel to include information about services offered on their website so people know what to expect. We are thankful though about them helping us find a room at Moby Dick which has wonderful grounds and all the services you expect from a 4 star hotel.
