Positive: Location, spaciousness, well stocked, attractive artwork and furnishings
Negative: Constant problems with pool and spa heating system. It took us 4 days to get local maintenance personnel to check on the problem, depriving us use one of the main reasons we booked this property. Even then, we had to manually access the controls guessing which buttons to push because the heater shut down frequently. No instruction manuals were provided for spa heater or tv which we could not figure out how to work for 4 days, missing all the the college football bowl games. We called multiple times to report these problems but it took several days to receive even a call back. The pool lights never worked the whole week and one of our family members got a nasty shock when he tried to turn on pool light switch leaving a painful red mark on his arm. These maintenance issues negatively impacted our vacation experience and we expect to be compensated for the added inconvenience and frustrations caused by them.
