A Harvey's Lake Oasis, our home offers a terrific location that is steps from the lake and across the street from the marina. This modern home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an open floor plan with enough space to relax and let loose. Our home is in a private and quiet neighborhood and features a rear deck, so you can plan a great dinner and take in the beautiful scenery!

The space
Kitchen – Modern with granite counters, wood cabinetry, stainless fridge, gas range and microwave. Includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee machine, convection/toaster oven and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
Guest access
All areas of the home are open for our guests to use except for areas that are locked. Please be respectful of our belongings which include our appliances, knives and other household items. Our master closet is off-limits to guests as we store our personal items/clothing there. All dressers are empty and available for guest use!

HOUSE RULES:
-Our community has quiet hours from 10PM-7AM daily, so please be respectful of other owners and keep noise to a minimum.
-NO PETS.
-No filming, photography, events or parties under any circumstances.
-Parties or events not allowed.
OFF LIMITS: Locked closets and cabinets; please respect our need for some privacy!
OTHER THINGS:
-Kitchen Knife Block: HAND WASH ONLY and ONLY USE FOR FOOD prep. Knives are not tools, so please use responsibly when cooking.
TV: Although we do not have cable, we do have an AppleTV available where you can stream your Netflix account or access streaming TV through your apps. To turn on the TV, use the black AppleTV remote and press the TV button. Use the buttons to control volume, menu to go to the main screen and the touch sensitive area above the buttons to navigate and push down to select. To turn off the TV, simply aim remote at the TV and hold the display button. Click Sleep.
