There’s a star Italian restaurant a short walk from the apartment offering traditional Italian meals for lunch and dinner with a modern twist. Al-Oi Thai is another excellent option. If you’re craving some fine dining, head to Subo; an intimate restaurant with a warm vibe and high-class modern Australian meals.
The Bathers Way is a premier coastal walk, which stretches six kilometers across stunning vistas from Mereweather Baths all the way to Nobbys Beach. Getting Around:
For guests arriving by car, there is free street parking out the front of the apartment building between 5pm and 9am on the weekdays and all weekend, with some conditions on Saturdays. Just around the corner, guests can take advantage of the large car park that offers all day parking with unlimited entry/exit with the purchase of a permit. For those who are up for a walk, there is free, untimed street parking just five minutes walk away from the apartment next to the Number 1 Sports Ground.
This home is conveniently located near the light-rail network and a bus stop. If the light-rail or buses can’t get you to where you need to go (which is unlikely, given the success of the Newcastle public transport system), the Newcastle Interchange is a breezy 10 minute walk away.
