Positive: The location was great, the price was decent considering it was in downtown Waikiki. Mounted TV size was large and nice The posters on the walls were nice The pool was nice
Negative: 1) Parking was not included and $35 per night, so another $500 gone 2) the shower was mounted way too low, and the water was inconsistently switching from warm to cold, very annoying 3) the air conditioning unit started leaking about a week into my stay and the security team had to shut it off for a half a day. The maintenance team supposedly fixed it but then it started leaking into the room. I just used towels to catch that water and drained it every so often. What a hassle. They promised me a one day credit but have not seen it yet. 4) only two out of three elevators were working during my stay due to upgrade work going on and that resulted in long waits 5) my "Condo" was more like a studio (not a condo for sure) 6) It did not have an oven, only a microwave and a plugin electric stove top. Needless to say I did not cook much but would have liked to use the oven if there had been one 7) the entire building is really old and it shows
