Positive: The location of the property is excellent - quite close to a wedding at nearby Grand Villa Heights. The welcome pack was super - tea and cake, excellent. We could take our dog and the nearby walks were stunning. Fabulous views over the sea, and close enough to amenities in Scarborough or Whitby if needed.
