Positive: The location was great! We were able to get to Broadway very easily as well as enjoy local restaurants in Germantown. The rental was perfectly sized for a family of four and had a great coffee maker (important!) We enjoyed the view from the balcony - we were there during a thunderstorm and it was fun to watch the lightning over the river.
