This freshly updated home is all new: posh furniture, TV in each bedroom, luxury linens, beach, pool and park gear galore, a gas grill, outdoor dining table and more. It’s thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to relax in comfort and coastal style.
The Space:
There's lots of space for your family or group. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room and a spacious kitchen with eat in bar. The primary suite has a king bed, desk, chair, TV and private bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed and TV. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds, plus there is a queen air mattress for guest use. All the bedrooms feature high end cotton linens and plenty of bath and beach towels are provided. A second bathroom with shower serves the other bedrooms. A washer and dryer are located in the garage, Florida style.
One of the most valued features of the Banana Cabana is the poolside area which provides even more space and entertainment for our guests. The HEATED POOL and poolside deck are set within a lovely fenced-in back yard. Keep the little ones safe with a state-of-the-art pool alarm, and busy with a variety of pool toys. Soak up some sun during the day lay back and gaze at the brilliant stars and moon after dark.
The kitchen has granite countertops, new stainless-steel appliances and is fully stocked to prepare and serve all your meals. A dining table seats six to eight guests, plus there are three seats at the counter for overflow.
Love a good cocktail? They’re so much more enjoyable poolside - in the right fabulous glass! And did we mention – HEATED POOL! A gas grill, ample outdoor furniture. The Cabana has got everything your vacation-self longs for.
Two living rooms means space to watch a movie and a place to have cocktails and converse. Play cards or work on a jigsaw puzzle. Have to work virtually? A desk in the primary bedroom proffers a private area to do that.
For any outings, there are bikes you may use, cooler and beach chairs. After a day at the beach, head back home to freshen up and take a dip in the pool.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home and private pool area and garage. Your comfort and privacy are our main priorities. Hosts, Beth & Kyle, live nearby and are readily available throughout your stay, whether you have questions about the Cabana or are looking for suggestions about shopping, dining and activities in the area.

Ideally located in Indian Harbour Beach, where the Indian and Banana Rivers meet, your only work will be deciding what to do first….lounge in the heated pool, hit the beach (1 mi), walk or bike in Gleason Park…eat out or grill poolside! Location is everything, here you are just a few minutes from several great beaches, 15 south of Cocoa Beach, 30 min to Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center, and just over the causeway from the Eau Gallie Arts District, Melbourne and 1hr from Orlando attractions. The Banana Cabana is less than a mile from several beaches on A1A, from small to large with full amenities, the beach that suits you awaits. You understand that swimming in the pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the pool and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming presents to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
