Newly completed renovations in this lower level suite in a unique older bungalow built in 1941. The Suite has it's own private entrance and includes combined living room / kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, and microwave. The open layout from living room leads directly to beautiful French doors that open into the bedroom and attached master bath. A smart TV and free WiFi are available.
The large, new modern, super clean bathroom has a walk-in glass shower, sink and toilet and all the amenities you will need for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels and blow dryer.
This unit has a separate heating/cooling from the rest of the house so you have complete control of your comfort level! Plentiful street parking with no pass or fee required. There is also private laundry on-site! A stackable washer/dryer is located inside at the entrance to your suite.
At your private entryway there is also an outdoor table/chairs on your private patio to enjoy the sunshine. The large yard and patio is fully fenced for your privacy.
