In 2025, the home has a new owner, and new property management team - Sea PInes Vacation Homes by the JKS Abbott Group, which over the last 17 years has become known as the premiere property management team in Sea Pines for their responsiveness, quality of homes in their portfolio, and attention to detail!
In March of 2025, a complete makeover of the home's interior was completed with all new furniture throughout the home, including new king beds in the 2 primary bedrooms, 2 sets of bunkbeds (4 twin beds), new light fixtures, new sofas and chairs, luxury bedding and much, much more. This home offers loads of personal touches not found in most vacation homes, including beach towels, pool floats, beach chairs & wagon, games, books and four adult bikes! This beautiful, airy, and open home is the perfect setting for a relaxing family getaway where cherished family memories will be made. There are (2) primary suites located on the first floor, each with their own full private bathrooms, so this home can live like a ranch all on one level if desired. The laundry room is also located just off the kitchen on the main level. Upstairs there are (2) additional bedrooms with (1) shared full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Are there any additional fees outside of what is included in the quote? The only other fee(s) is the optional fee to heat the pool, spa or both.
Do you offer Traveler's Insurance? Yes, an option to purchase Traveler's Insurance will be presented to Guest at time of check-out. If the option does not auto-generate at the time of check-out, and you're interested in purchasing, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you the Traveler's Insurance information.
Do you provide bikes? Yes, 4 adult bikes are included at no additional charge.
Do you allow pets even though the home isn't advertised as pet friendly? Contact the host to inquire about pet suitability. Pets 'may' be considered on a case-by-case basis.
What arrangements are made to pick up a key? Our homes are all equipped with an electronic 'keyless' entry system that will be programmed with a code of your choice. This makes it very convenient for our guests as they do not have to worry about getting locked out, or losing a key.
Does your pool get any direct sun as many of the homes we've stayed in within Sea Pines, well their pools are too shaded? Yes, the pool, gets sun light from mid-morning to late afternoon. Summer pool temps generally range from 88 - 91 degrees in this pool. Many of our guests share that they really enjoy coming back to the house and having the pool to relax by after a great day at the beach! During cooler months, the pool can be heated for a nominal fee, as can the spa. *Please note*: pool and spa heat are two separate fees, if you do not request an 'all in' fee when inquiring, it will be assumed you're only asking to have the pool heated.
What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact the owner to report a problem and work with an absentee owner to help them address the issue.
How close are you to the beach? About 5 minutes by bike. See the map showing our location and proximity to the beach.
Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, and we bike to both. By bike, the home is about 10 minutes to Harbour Town and 10-15 minutes to South Beach.
What size is the house? The house is a two story home and is about 2,700 square feet.
Is your home for sale and could we have our vacation interrupted by an agent wanting to show the house? No, the home is not for sale. We do caution prospective guests that are looking at other properties to check with the owner or manager to insure that the property they are considering is not for sale, or that they will not have their vacation interrupted by agents wanting to show the home!
Do you offer discounts? If your arrival date is less than 30 days away and our home is available, we will certainly work with you.
Where can we rent bikes and how much does it cost? There are many bike rental companies on the island. We prefer Hilton Head Bicycle Company - www.hiltonheadbikerental.com - 843-384-9322 and highly recommend arranging your bike rental before you arrive so they will be delivered and waiting for you on your arrival day..
