To deliver the keys, you must tell us the exact/approximate time of your arrival 24 hours before the day of check-in.We would also appreciate it if you notify us 30 minutes before your arrival, to avoid waiting.Check-ins before or after the established schedule: check availability (Prior acceptance of the establishment).
If you wish to check-in outside the office hours scheduled for handing over the keys to your holiday home, we offer the following options:
1. Direct entrance to the accommodation:
A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation (at the same time). This option has an additional cost.
2. Check-in after hours:
The additional cost depends on the arrival time.
3. SELF CHECK-IN:
Arrival after hours and delivery of keys to a mailbox with code. The entire reservation must be paid in advance, as well as the deposit if any and detailed information on all guests.

Closing hour:- Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
It is important that the property is left in the best possible condition, without rubbish, with dishes and cutlery collected.The cleaning team will arrive shortly after, to prepare for the arrival of the next guests.To hand over the keys, if you are so kind, leave the keys on the living room table and send us a photograph.Please make sure you close the door when you leave.

House's rules:- Groups of young people under 27 years of age are not admitted.- Don't be too noisy to respect the other neighbors. Especially from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m since it is totally prohibited by municipal regulations to speak loudly, make noise...- It is prohibited for anyone who is not registered in the reservation to sleep or use the accommodation- Parties and events are totally prohibited.- Pets are allowed but they must be well behaved and cannot be left alone at home under any circumstances. They have to be quiet and not noisy.- If you lose the keys: €50- Before departure, wash the dishes and keep the house tidy.- Candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire should not be left in the home.- The towels provided are for showering, they are not beach towels, nor for cleaning shoes.. so please do not use them for that purpose. Each damaged towel will be charged from the deposit €5/small and €10/large.
CONDITIONS FOR LONG STAY:
For stays of more than 3 weeks, consult prices (special offers).Please note that we charge expenses separately (water, electricity, gas...). Every month we will provide you with consumption invoices and you must pay the invoices.
The amount of the deposit will depend on the duration of the rental.
