Attached two car garage with a large balcony deck above garage with views of the mountains, valleys and city, Property is Fenced the front yard and the back yard ,Central air conditioning with fans in each room, with Satellite and Wifi , WII game system , Living room ,family room and master bedroom has big screen TV's , outdoor seating area in the back yard patio area or on the deck upstairs with view of the mountains , Centrally located between Lake Havasu, Oatman and Laughlin.
This is a smoke free and pet free rental home. Due to our guests and family members having allergies to pet dander and other allergies associated to pets. Thank you for complying and please be sensative to our guests and family members conditions by not asking us to change or deviate from these rules. There will be a $500 minimum deep cleaning charge if there are any signs of any pets or smoking in the house.
