Welcome to Hideaway House. Just a quick jump off the Blue Ridge Parkway with access to all of Sugar, Boone, Banner Elk and Beech - our modern cabin is brand new and within the Linville Falls Mountain Club. You will enjoy our house and its many amenities; multiple decks, games, private rooms and hot tub as you look out over one of the country's top disc golf course. New additions to the neighborhood are always being added along with Birdie's our restaurant and bar and a pickleball court for you to use just a quick walk away from the house.
Tastefully designed and decorated, Hideaway House is the perfect fit for a small family or group of friends looking to unwind. The kitchen and living room share a large open space which is perfect for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook delicious meals. Coffee lovers have the option to brew their own ground coffee or simply pop in a K-Cup, as both options are available. The living room is furnished with a gas log stone fireplace, a large flatscreen TV, and comfortable seating. Head outside to the large deck to enjoy dining al fresco in the cool summer breeze. There is also a gas grill on the deck for guests to use (we will provide propane), a gas fire table, as well as outdoor games such as cornhole boards, a disc golf basket with discs, and giant connect 4! The lower deck features a brand new hot tub!
The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a king size bed, TV, and a large ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled shower and double vanities. Head upstairs to find the other two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds with extra long twin beds. These two bedrooms with share a bathroom in the hall, also featuring a custom tiled shower and double vanities. The king bedroom upstairs also offers a desk for those working remote, and the home offers high speed Wi-Fi, as well!

Additional Notes:
-This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Hideaway House has parking space for up to 3 vehicles. RVs are not permitted in the community.
- The owners of this home use 2 exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is on the back left corner of the deck facing the driveway and the other is on the left side of the home also facing the driveway.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
