Positive: Perfect location! The condo was very clean and easy to access. Parking was literally feet from the door and the unit was on the first floor with a back door right out to the pool, hot tub, kiddy pool and beach. Wrist bands were given to wear on the property, and you only have to hold them up to the gates and they will open instead of typing in the codes. There is a security gate with a security guard most of the time and we were told to wear the bands on the property as they will ask. (We didn't see any security on the property asking, though, but do like it's gated with security at the front.) All rooms had fans, pillows, sheets, blankets, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and with a lot of extras. Dishwashing powder, dish soap, sponge & laundry detergent were all available with plenty of extras and they stated if we ran out to just stop by the office and get more. That's always nice instead of having to go buy big sizes for a few days and then have to pack it to bring it back. We can't say enough good things about this property and the booking experience. We travel to this area a lot and have been for 17 years and even though this property is an older property and our first time to stay there we loved it! We used to own a condo across the street and never realized how easy and great this property is! We will definitely be booking again!
Negative: The ONLY thing I can really say that I wasn't thrilled about was the master bed's mattress & bedding and the bedding in the extra bedroom. I didn't lay on the beds in the other bedroom, but my daughter and her friend did not complain about the actual mattress but did complain about the thin bedding and wished they had brought more bedding, so I tried to find as many blankets as we could to layer their bed, also. But the master bedroom's mattress was not very comfortable to my husband or me. Everyone has their own personal preference when it comes to a mattress, so this is really just our personal opinion, but we did not sleep that great because to us it was a little hard, bouncy and the bedding was very thin. We love to turn down the air when we sleep at night but, in this case, it was either freezing or hot b/c the bedding was really thin as well as the extra blankets. They did offer extra blankets, but too thin for our liking. We layered the bed with maybe 3 blankets on top of the bedding that was already on it and slept with pants on so that we wouldn't be cold... (we froze the first night but would quickly get hot when we turned the air up). This was not something that would deter us from booking it again, we would just be better prepared for next time to try and make it more comfortable; but it would be nice if a topper was on the bed or available to put on the bed. .... Still a great unit.
