The apartment runs over two levels: on the lower living level there is the living area with access to the balcony, sitting area and fitted kitchen as well as the bathroom. You can reach the bedrooms via a staircase in the hallway. The apartment is on the second floor of the house (no elevator).
From the balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Wustrow peninsula and the Baltic Sea. The beach and the center are short distances. For a stay in the cooler season, we invite you to visit the all-day swimming pool. In addition, a sauna and a solarium are available to guests in the in-house wellness area.
\ nLiving and cooking
\ nThe cozy seating area can be used as an alternative quarters for sleeping ("snores" will be happy about this). Perfect holiday dishes can be prepared in the modern fitted kitchen equipped with branded appliances. The Residenz am Kurhaus is located on a headland between Salzhaff and Rerik. The distances to get there are very short: the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is about 200 meters away, and the Salzhaff is only about 100 meters away. A baker is right in the condominium. Restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops can be found in the immediate vicinity of the Salzhaff and of course in the center, just a few meters away.
