Welcome to our exquisite NEWLY REFURNISHED, DECORATED (We now have 2 King bedrooms!) perfect ‘home base’ for your vacation on the Mendocino Coast! New furniture, art, area rugs, bedding, smart TV's, BBQ...too much to mention! The pictures do not do justice to this special, luxurious and comfortable home, or the peace you will feel once inside. Whether you are relaxing in the great room while gazing out the wall of windows at the heavenly serene vast view of the ocean, mountains and coastal pastures; or feasting at the lovely dining table just off the gorgeous gourmet kitchen; or sea or stargazing in our amazing private hot tub on the back deck you will be awe-inspired! Mello Beach Haven sits on a gentle hillside approximately 500 feet from the ocean overlooking one of the most beautiful vista points in the state. There are no houses or cars in your view just the ocean, mountains, pastures, deer, sheep, donkeys and birds…pure serenity!
This roomy 1560 square foot home sleeps up to six with two bedrooms and an open library with a sofa bed. The house is ideal for 4 adults but will accommodate up to 6 adults maximum. (Please note there is a $20 extra guest fee per day for 5th and 6th guests.) The master bedroom features a Cal King bed with new mattress topper, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and a fully tiled shower for two. The downstairs bedroom has a brand new KING bed and tiled shower with bathtub. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, and each has its own deck. The marble gas fireplace, sound system in each room (presently working on upgrading!) but we have NEW Sonos speakers in Kitchen & livingroom for music streaming-excellent sound quality, and lights with dimmers throughout the house set the ambiance for sheer bliss. There are five separate decks, over 900 square feet in all. You can also relax in the NEW very private, six-person, outdoor spa, right outside the master bedroom slider and gaze at the stars or enjoy the sight and sounds of the ocean!
The beautiful and private 6-mile Irish Beach is just a block away, one minute by car, 15 mins on foot and a pass key for the gated entrance is included in your stay.
There are so many activities, restaurants, beaches, art galleries, hiking areas, botanical gardens, shops and scenic views to take in stretching from Gualala to Fort Bragg and all in between. And all of these locations are at the most 30-40 minutes south or north of the Beach Haven, again making this your perfect home base! Feeling tense or stiff and wishing for a massage while at the beach house? No need to leave! Just call AMAZING certified massage therapist/acupuncturist Donna Call at 707-357-5162 to set up your massages at the house! We have great restaurants in Point Arena, 10 minutes south or you can head north a ways to Elk, Albion, Little River or Mendocino with options galore! In fact, you are minutes away from the amazing Harbor House Inn in Elk which boasts a 3-star Michelin chef! Manchester’s S & B Grocery/Hardware store is just 4 miles south and is stocked with just about anything you could want or need! Gualala and Mendocino have full markets and each of these towns is about a 30-35 minute drive away north or south.
