Please keep in mind, that there are two other units in the building: one below you and one next to you. All places have their own entrances and are completely private from one another.

Guests will have full access to a secure laundry area with a washer & dryer. Housekeeping staff may occasionally use this room to run a few loads of wash when cleaning the studio, however, the room can be locked and has a separate outdoor entrance.
Due to serene and quiet surroundings please plan work-related meetings, and social gatherings/parties, off the property and avoid cell phone conversations on the deck and front courtyard. Please respect the quiet hours between 9pm-9am. Thank you.
