This beautiful chateau sits in 10 acres, has been lovingly restored and offers comfortable holiday accommodation for friends and family groups. The house has 13 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and sleeps 18 - 27. Prices are for the exclusive private rental of the Chateau even if there are only 18 or less people.
Everyone can eat together out on the terrace or in the large dining room making Chateau des Mautors ideal for large family gatherings, anniversaries, birthdays or just good friends wanting to have fun.
The 13 X 6 metres swimming pool has a roman end and is fully fenced for children's safety. It has a solar cover on a roller and 300m of solar heating tubing. There is a games room with a pool table, table football, English satellite TV and DVD player. The ping pong table is just outside the games room on the lawn. The house has a good internet connection.
Built in the 18th century, Château des Mautors still retains character from that time and has been furnished accordingly. Every room offers views of the surrounding countryside whilst providing modern luxuries. Located south of Bergerac, midway between the rivers Lot and Dordogne.
At its heart is a large kitchen adjacent to a magnificent dining & Reception rooms capable of catering for 26 people. Five apartments are available, which ooze period charm and boast traditional furniture including four poster or canopied beds, yet still have the modern asset of an en-suite bathroom.
Outside boasts a huge area of landscaped gardens plus a swimming pool, perhaps after an active day, you might like to dine on the terrace and watch the sun set over the breathtakingly beautiful surrounding countryside.
If you would like to keep more active, swimming, table tennis, Pool, Table football, Volleyball, and golf putting green are available. We do heartily recommend cycling & countryside walks.
It’s worth noting that four apartments can be separated from the rest of the château, so you can be private from the main group if required.
