Summary: We had to change rooms because when we got to the first room, we noticed one of the beds had red lipstick on the top comforter. The bed had also looked undone, like it hadnt been made and possibly still dirty. The ice machine on this floor also did not work. The bathroom also didn't seem clean at all. There wasn't any hand soap either. We called and requested a different room and they grantes us our request. Other than apologizing, they did not offer anything for the inconvenience. No upgrades, nothing.
