This completely remodeled one bedroom bungalow is designed and appointed by a professional interior designer just for guests. Located on Lake Avenue in Altadena just north of New York Drive, it is minutes from the RoseBowl, old town Pasadena, trendy Lake Avenue and 20-30 minutes from downtown LA Arts District & Fashion District, Hollywood, and Arcadia’s Santa Anita Racetrack.
You will enter through the front door to the living room/dining room that is appointed for up to four guests complete with desk and smart TV and sectional that could sleep a third guest. The new, modern kitchen is fully appointed and adjacent is the laundry room with washer and dryer and back door .
The bathroom is also new with thick new hotel towels, blow dryer, comfort and space. Plenty of closet space in the bedroom with a new queen bed and appointments including another smart TV.
An assigned parking space is located at the rear of the building and overnight parking is allowed on Lake Avenue.
Your hosts have a boutique on site with furniture, art, accessories and fashion and are there to answer questions and make your stay memorable.
