Welcome to our stunning 1920's bungalow in the heart of downtown St. Pete! Cozy up in this lovingly restored home featuring original wood floors throughout and Craftsman details. We are located in the coveted Historic Uptown neighborhood, just 5 blocks from downtown art galleries, restaurants and breweries. This rental includes: Beach gear, camping hammocks, games, kids' toys, gas grill and more!
As avid travelers, we believe that the little things make all the difference between an okay stay and a fabulous stay. We have taken great care to appoint our home with small luxuries like Tempurpedic mattresses, crisp, clean, hotel quality linens, and plenty of towels. The decor is clean and simple with bright, fresh spaces and a nod to St. Pete's history represented in the photos featured throughout the house. We know that traveling with young children is not always easy so we provide a pack n play as well as kids' books and toys to keep even the smallest travelers happy and entertained. Finally, we've included all the beach gear you'll need to make a day at our fabulous Gulf beaches easy and relaxing. Our home features all of the original Craftsman-style details that make it cozy and charming, including a wood-burning fireplace, built-in window seat in the dining room and bench seating in the living room, coffered ceilings and a large front porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. Other unique features include a private backyard with artificial turf (no red ants!), a 400 year-old dining table, an antique piano, record player and vinyl collection. If you appreciate vintage charm but also want simple, modern convenience, you will love this home!

Getting around
All attractions in downtown St. Pete are within 2 miles from our home, most within 1. Bike rentals are available at the park at the end of our street. There is also a Trolley service available that stops at all major attractions in St. Pete and costs just 50 cents to board. If you have a car, you can park on the street in front of our house, there are no permits required. Parking is also available and inexpensive/free throughout downtown.
