Access to private docks, outdoor living areas, kayaks and a garden gazebo means you won’t need to venture off the property to take in all the natural beauty the area has to offer. This direct riverfront 8000 square foot home can accommodate up to 36 guests in beds.
Includes the Following:
Basics: Dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, flatware, utensils, glasses, 12 cup coffee pot, High quality bedding, linens, pillows, plush bath towels and beach towels.
Fun Items: Beach chairs, coolers, board games, two full size propane grill.
Not "Fun" Items: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, some cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner.
Living Areas Includes: cable TV and smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video.
Three Full size washers and dryers, irons, ironing boards, blow dryers.
Kitchens: Full kitchens with ovens, electric ranges, refrigerators, and microwaves.
