Just a short 10 minute drive to Emerald isle, (traffic depending). You will be strolling distance to amazing restaurants featuring local seafood, live entertainment, shopping & local boat charters.
Mattocks House is situated on the waterfront of downtown Swansboro and offers boaters a day dock (max 28 ft boat) with the boat ramp under a mile away. Bring your own or rent locally! **There is no boat parking on the property, you will have to park your trailer at the public launch area.
