The house is located in the village of Valica just 5 km from the center of Umag. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by a spacious garden in the fenced property ideal for families with pets. The famous pebble beach Kanegra is also easily reachable on foot (1500 m), near the La Parenzana cycle path for cycling lovers along which it will be a joy to admire the wonders of western Istria. In a few minutes by car you can reach excellent restaurants offering excellent typical Istrian fish and meat menus, the city center of Umag and the market.
