La Bermeja is located on the edge of a small white Andalusian farming village just 15 minutes north of Malaga and overlooks a mountainous landscape of olive, almond and wheat fields. Hiding behind a typical village facade is the spacious, open plan, contemporary 2-storey apartment topped with an expansive terrace with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and a bbq. The property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, ceiling fans in the living room and in the bedroom, a fireplace, a washing machine as well as a TV. Large windows in the lounge, kitchen and bedroom take in the view of an ancient olive grove planted on a rocky hillside. Recently restored by the owner (an artist), it is decorated & furnished with much of his and other artists' work. The house has air-conditioning (inverter for winter), fire place and ceiling fans.
Your private outdoor area includes a roof terrace and a barbecue.
There are footpaths starting from the front door of the house, and the famous Torcal is only a short and pleasant drive away. Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda are all located within easy reach.
