A luxurious, contemporary villa which sleeps up to a maximum of 6 people in comfort. Deluxe Villa Dana is set on the hillside above the town of Opatija, with glorious views across Kvarner Bay. This property is a fabulous holiday retreat, private, comfortable and full of fun for all ages.
Three large rooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on top floor with their own balcony for enjoying in sunset or sunrise with a panoramic sea view of Kvarner bay and natural light.
In every room is flatscreen TV.
The open-plan living room has a contemporary corner sofa, fireplace and large flatscreen TV.
Large sliding glass doors bring the terrace and outside space into the house, so guests can enjoy the best of both worlds. There is a wooden dining table next to a large, state-of-the-art kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with both induction and cooker hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, freezer and coffee machine.
Connecting doors from the living room lead to an indoor swimming pool and sauna.
Outside terrace is equiped with small kitchen and outdoor fireplace for barbecue and peacefull evenings.
