This comfortable, fully detached holiday bungalow is situated in the picturesque little village Gondolici on the Istrian peninsula in Croatia. The quiet location, surrounded by ample greenery, guarantees a relaxing holiday and is ideal for relaxing on warm summer evenings, away from hectic towns and overcrowded tourist resorts. It is only five minutes by car to the sea and the Labin old town.
Right in front of the house is your private sunny terrace with a table and chairs. From this terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the Kvarner islands. If you feel like grilling, a charcoal grill is available. We have also thought of your children. Right opposite the terrace within sight there is a swing. Please note that the site is not fenced in. You can park free of charge in the courtyard, with space for at least two cars.
The 45m² holiday house for four persons has a bedroom, a fully functional kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed 160cm wide and a built-in cupboard. No air conditioning is necessary in the bedroom. Next to it is the bathroom with a shower cubicle, washbasin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine that you can use free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster and fridge and is open towards the air-conditioned living room with a cosy dining space and a sitting corner opposite with a sofa, LCD TV (satellite) and DVD player. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed for two persons and measures 160 x 200cm. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge.
It is 1km to a little grocery shop. Larger supermarkets such as Lidl and Spar are 2km away. You can go on walks on well-maintained paths nearby, as well as go cycling and diving. Or how about swimming and sunbathing in the nearby bay Duga Luka (Prtlog)? In Labin you can find a range of shops, souvenir shops, galleries and you can enjoy the cuisine at the local restaurants and pizzerias in the beautiful surroundings of the old town and discover the history of the town. It is just 5kmto Rabac, a tourist town known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear water. You can visit the Kvarner islands by ferry, as well as the island Cres. So you have many options for a varied and interesting holiday.
