A beautiful new romantic villa in a peaceful surrounding with a swimming pool and children's playground.On the ground floor of the villa there is a hallway, a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and fridge) and a large dining room with access to the terrace.The covered terrace can be used in any weather and the brick barbecue invites you to romantic barbecue evenings with sunset.From the terrace you can directly enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and the large garden with children's playground.On the first floor of the house there are three spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom.The villa offers you both the possibility of a quiet holiday and near the beach (10 minutes by car).The restaurant is 4 km away, the shop 250 m.
