Our beautiful light-filled house is about 73 square meters, has two floors accommodate a maximum of 4 adult guests and a child in travel cot, It has modern, high quality and lovingly furnished and offers wireless Internet access. Underfloor heating ensures a cozy warmth in the cold season.
In the spacious living room with large windows and access to the terrace, there is a comfortable couch with table and a modern flat screen TV. The 450m ² large property is protected and offers opportunities for sunbathing, sports and games at the house. The berry bushes and fruit trees invite you to plunder. In the garden house are two bicycles, a barbecue, various garden furniture and sun loungers available. The kilometer-long, sandy beach with the pier on the Baltic Sea is only about 3000 m. The seaside resort of Sellin is part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South-East Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. In the vicinity there are numerous cycling and hiking trails. The village center of the seaside resort can be reached in about 2. 500 m and the small train station for the "racing Roland" after about 3.0000 m.
