Holiday home "Klein Schoritz" The accommodation is located approx. 5 minutes by car from the Glewitz ferry. You can hire boats in Stahlbrode and in Gustow harbour. The nearest shopping centre is in Garz (6 km from Zudar). Here you will find everything you need for daily life. You can hire bicycles of all sizes in the neighbouring village - your landlord will also be happy to help you here. The holiday home is located in a rural area, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The sea air that surrounds Zudar is ideal for people with respiratory problems. Zudar is located on the Schoritzer Wiek, which flows directly into the Greifswald Bodden. A "top address" for anglers in Germany. Whether by boat, from land or wading, many pike are caught here every year, well over the metre mark. As your landlord is a passionate angler himself, he will be happy to help and advise you. You can obtain valid tourist fishing licences online, from the fishing authority in Rostock or in one of the fishing shops on the island of Rügen. There are beautiful, small, separate bays on the "Yellow Shore" and at "Palmer Ort", which are ideal for swimming and hiking. Ideal for families with small children, as the shores here are very shallow. The villages can be easily reached by car (approx. 5 min) or by bike (approx. 20 min). Furthermore, you can swim directly at the Glewitz ferry on the sandy beach and you can also have a bite to eat there. Our own fish smokehouse, many different fish and sausage delicacies, ice cream and drinks will make your days on the beach a real relaxation. A cycle path and the main road lead you directly from Zudar to Glewitz or to Garz. The Baltic Sea is approx. 25-30 minutes away by car.
The holiday home is equipped with a cosy living room including pull-out couch and satellite TV, a bedroom with double bed 1.90 × 2.10 m (2x mattress 0.90x2.00 m), a small bedroom with 2 single beds 0.90 x 2.00 m, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with extra freezer compartment, coffee machine and a microwave. The kitchen was modernised in 2022.
The house has garden furniture, its own open terrace with barbecue and a covered terrace with sunbathing area. The car parking space (carport) can be used by you with a car. The house is equipped with electric heating. A small, narrow staircase leads from the ground floor to the top floor. The two bedrooms are located here. As the staircase is very narrow, it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. WLAN can be used free of charge.
