Summary: The hotel was nice and easy to get to for our weekend trip. The only downfall was we got there at 2am and the concierge was no where to be seen, we were there for 15 minutes knocking on the door and hitting the ring button, no one answered so I went across the street to another IHG and he tried to help, then the concierge at our hotel walked out to smoke then said “yeah check-in, come on in” then was complaining that we didn’t get there sooner. Sorry sir we have a baby and had to make multiple stops on our way here… also he had thrown about 29 cigarettes in the trash by the elevator, so it smelled like cigarettes and I know they were his because they still smelled fresh… Go smoke out back in the smoking patio not our front and don’t throw your cigarettes in the trash by the elevator. Otherwise the hotel was 10/10 he just needs fired lol
