Summary: Let me say for the price you can’t find a better room. The room was very spacious much like the Embassy by Hilton. Very clean, you can tell the staff takes pride in their service and professionalism. Here’s where I had a problem the a/c system was not working right and we’re in Phoenix! The front desk did allow me to check other rooms but it was the same situation. Other guest had the same complaint. When talking to one of the other guest he informed me that it was an ongoing issue. To add to the heat the fire alarm went off in the entire hotel waking the guest. Parking is not free, you have to pay $12 per night to a third party company via QR Code. I really like the location near some decent food spots, but the a/c has to be corrected.
