This property is a 7-minute (straight) drive to Asbury Park Beach. 10 minutes to Bradley Beach/Belmar Beach. 20 minutes to Long Branch Beach and Red Bank downtown area. 5 minutes to the GS Parkway and Rte 18 entrances. Near the Jersey Shore Outlets/Walmart/Target. There's an array of bars/restaurants/shopping in the area (as this is a shore town/area). 2 minute's drive to JSMC. This property is a prime location for everything in the area.
There's a master bedroom w/full bath (king-size bed) and 4 smaller bedrooms ( 3 double beds and a queen bed). There are 2 full, shared bathrooms (one upstairs/one downstairs). There are 2 living rooms, one has a sofa bed and there's an air mattress available upon request. Both kitchens are fully stocked with appliances, dishes, and other gadgets to assist you with easy meal preparations. Stay connected with free high-speed internet/Wi-Fi/Smart TV. The backyard includes a deck/grill/fire pit/pool.
HOUSE RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE
☀ Cleaner will provide start up package of supplies. If supplies ran out, guests are responsible to purchase additional.
☀ There is parking in the driveway and in front of the house
☀ ONLY flush toilet paper down the toilet. Paper towels/any type of wipes/feminine products will clog the toilet which will require a plumber to come to the property and service the toilet at a cost of the guest of $175
☀ DO NOT put any food down the sink drain. It will clog the sink and drain which will require a plumber to come to the property and service the sink at a cost of the guest of $175
☀ ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! The pool and hoe are only for the number of guests registered at booking. Should more than that number of people occupy the rental, the rental agreement will be immediately terminated.
☀ Pool use is at your own risk
☀ No horseplay/running around/being obviously intoxicated in or around the pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult in and around the pool at all times. Violation of these rules is grounds for immediate termination of the rental agreement.
☀ Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The property is suitable for 12 people. If any additional guests are on the property, an additional fee of $100/person will be charged or the rental agreement will be terminated.
☀ All cameras must stay on. Should the guest disconnect the Wi-Fi for any reason, the stay will be terminated immediately. There are cameras located on the outside of the home for the safety of the guests. Especially while utilizing the pool.
☀ No balloons/confetti/etc are to be used in the pool or pool area as they clog the filters. If the pool service needs to come and flush filters and dive to retrieve items at the bottom, a surcharge of $150 will be applied. The pool is to be left in the condition it was at the beginning of the stay (clean).
☀ The grill must be cleaned by the guest after use. If the cleaning service has to clean the grill, a $50 surcharge will be applied.
☀ Please wash or put all used dishes in the dishwasher prior to checking out. Do not overload the dishwasher, as the dishes will not get properly cleaned. If the cleaning services have to wash dishes that were left behind by guests, a $25 surcharge will be applied. If the dishwasher is overloaded the surcharge will still be applied.
☀ Please take out all the garbage as needed. Do not overload the garbage cans. There are big trash cans in the driveway. Blue for trash and green for recyclables.
☀ Be kind to bed linens and towels. (no makeup/food stains/etc.) If any are permanently stained after washing, there will be a charge to the guest of $20 per towel and $30 per sheet.
☀ DO NOT REARRANGE outdoor or indoor furniture.
☀ Keep ALL windows/doors shut as central air is on (including deck doors). If left open the home will not stay cool, and the central air will shut off. This also allows insects to enter the home.
☀ Absolutely no smoking inside the home $100 surcharge will be applied if smoke is smelled in the home (smoke detection hardware has been installed on this property)
☀ Pls notify the homeowner immediately of any property that was damaged by you or your guest during the stay
☀ Pls keep the property and home clean. The cleaning service will do basic cleaning. Should the home be left excessively unclean, there will be an additional charge of $200.
☀ Please make sure the oven is left as clean as it was for your stay. If not, there is a $35 charge for oven cleaning.
☀ Turn off lights/TVs/electronics whenever leaving the home. Don't forget to close and lock doors/windows.
☀ At check-out, strip beds and leave bedding/towels on the floor.
☀ Must clean up any poop in the yard/hair/etc in the home after your pet. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 for the guest.
☀ Please be respectful of the home and its amenities.
