Positive: I liked the location and the spaciousness of the facilities.
Negative: Unfortunately, my experience at this property was very disappointing. The house had cockroaches, ants in the cabinets, and even in the food we stored. The dishwasher was full of mold, the coffee maker was broken, and we couldn’t make coffee for the family. The kitchen utensils were very limited; there were only table knives, and it didn’t have the basic tools needed for cooking. In addition, one of the cabinets had wood coming up from the floor, and when we arrived, the recycling bin was already full, so I had to take all the trash in my car to avoid leaving it there. This was supposed to be a special stay since I came with my family to get married, but instead of enjoying myself, I spent a stressful and very uncomfortable time. We received threatening messages about alleged loud noises while we weren’t even at the property, which made me feel embarrassed and very uneasy. What should have been a beautiful experience turned into a major headache. I did not leave happy or satisfied, and I would not recommend this property. Even on the very day of check-in, we noticed additional issues, such as the refrigerator not making ice or dispensing water, and one of the stove burners not working. I sent an email to the supposed person in charge of the property, but they never responded to my email or my calls. We tried to contact the maintenance person (Fernando) but never got a response. Even on Sunday around 10:30 in the morning, we called, and a young woman answered, saying that the manager would call us back, but we never received a return call.
